Even as a 10-year-old boy working my newspaper route delivering the Boston Globe, I went out into Hurricane Gloria knowing it was my duty to provide dry, on-time newspapers to my valued customers. My dad instilled those key business lessons in me at a formative time. Now, with more than 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, I’m pleased to say those lessons have stuck with me.
